The rent remuneration is under the columnâ€š prices â€™ published.
Immediately after reservation a deposit of the rent price i has to go from the guest. H.v. at least 20% of the rent sum occur. On not occurred pre-payment the tenant reserves himself the right to revoke the rent arrangement unilaterally. Then if necessary resulted displays are to be carried by the guest.
In the cases of the more short-term notice the originating damage is to the host to substituted. This is asserted in form of a generalized compensation claim:
a) For notices between 29. and the 21-st day before the reservation period 20% of the accomodation remuneration are asserted.
b) For notices between 20. and the 15-th day before the reservation period 40% of the accomodation remuneration are asserted.
c) For notices between 14. and the 10-th day before the reservation period 60% of the accomodation remuneration are asserted.
d) For notices between 9. and the 5-th day before the reservation period 80% of the accomodation remuneration are asserted.
e) For notices between 4. and the beginning of the reservation period 100% of the accomodation remuneration are asserted.
The journey and takeover of the holiday apartment is possible in the time from 16.00 o'clock to 19.30 o'clock. Other times need the arrangement.
The departure has to occur till 11.00 o'clock. Unless, there is another arrangement.
Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Pentecost as well as 24.-26.12 and 31.12.-01.01 is impossible for arrival and for departure. Exceptions need the arrangement.
With the check in the identity card (or an equivalent document) of the renting is to be presented. The guest fills a registration curve.
The tenant is liable to custody with damages caused by him in full circumference.
